Refund Policy

Types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as damage, not same as purchased, damaged by or items that have been disassembly/loosened or exchanged cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items/Issues:

    • There are less returned item
    • Damage Items
    • Missing Parts

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Goods after 3 months are not refundable.
    • Any goods received with issues or problems before 30 days must be update to us
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

If you are not satisfied/received issues item with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. NOTE: Shipping fee are not refundable

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.[Exclude shipping fee]

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 42, Jalan 2/37B, Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong 52100, Kuala Lumpur.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where yours location, the delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
